Navigation:  Working With Encounters > Charting Tools > Subjective Findings Tool > Use the Subjective ToolBox > Ocular Symptoms Tool

Use the cyan color arrows to mark "All Normal". Click a beige button twice to mark a single item as normal/abnormal. This will call up the detailed findings screen. Data will paste into the Subjective field of the SOAP note.
