Navigation:  Working With Encounters > Charting Tools > Subjective Findings Tool > How do I enter ocular or medical history?

The simplest method is to click the green "All-Normal" arrow button. This will set the history buttons to green ("normal"). If the patient has no other history to report, you are done!

 

 

NOTE:  You can customize which buttons will set to All-Normal by using the Customization Tool.

 

 

To enter more detailed information, click on the Details>> button. The Quick History Tool will display.
