Use the SysInfo button in Admin or at the bottom of the menu Help->About ezChartWriter to get a detailed look at the computer and software. This may be requested by Tech Support if you are having troubles.
The report can be printed, faxed or uploaded directly to our server. Please email when you upload a report so that we can review it promptly.
